General Instructions: Please print, fill out, and send one order
form with each project you want done. Put your original photos,
any instructions you have, this order form, and your check in a
photo mailing envelope. Mail to us at the address below. Do
not send cash.

To Get A Collage: Find photos or artwork you want to include in the collage.
Make copies on a flatbed copier. (Don't run your precious photos through
a document feeder.) Cut and paste or tape the copies to make your 8in x 10in
collage sample. If any parts are too big or too small, write the size you want
on each cutout. We will size them for you when we make your custom
collage. Be sure the pieces you want to include are blemish free.

Ordering a Restoration: All photos will be color and exposure corrected
and stains and scratches will be removed. Please send a brief note with your
original photo telling us about anything else you would like to have done.
If you would like sepia toning or colorization of a black and white picture,
please let us know. We can also add or remove people, change backgrounds,
enlarge, crop, and much more. Most restorations can be done for $49.95.
If yours requires extra work, we will quote you a firm price before we start.
